The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (the “Global Fund”) is seeking
proposals from regional stakeholders of Latin America and the Caribbean to implement a Tuberculosis multicountry program under the Catalytic Investments for the 2017-2019 Allocation Period.

In this RFP the “Applicant” refers to an entity responding to this RFP, while “Implementer”
refers to the implementing entity of the grant proposed by the Applicant. Requirements for the
Applicants and the Implementers are set forth in Attachment C of this RFP.

Applicants will be notified of the outcomes of the review by the Global Fund Secretariat and
Technical Review Panel (TRP), as specified in the RFP.
