Fund the Fund. Position Paper: Calling on China, Germany and Japan to increase their contributions at the Fifth Replenishment of the GF
During the last replenishment of resources, funding has remained practically flat, unfavorable situation that echoes a trend of resources reduction to fight AIDS. This trend cannot continue. Without a significant increase in funding until 2020, the world is at risk of losing the progress achieved in the War against AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria. Now is the time to act. The Global Fund is a multilateral institution leader in public health to continue this battle, therefore, the continued support from donors is fundamental to its success. Unfortunately, some donors are not contributing in a fair manner to the Global Fund.
Manual with methodologies and tools to train facilitators in management, advocacy and social oversight
The methodological manual is intended for training facilitators in management, political advocacy and social oversight. It is part of the strategy of the REDCA+ REGIONAL PROGRAM to show its expected results: developing and strengthening technical and professional skills of people with HIV, for an effective advocacy in the work developed by civil society regarding HIV.

The manual aims at providing basic knowledge and being a support tool, for people from organizations that work with people with HIV and who are running projects or programs. It explores concepts related to monitoring and evaluation that will enable the development of capabilities that can be applied effectively and consciously.
Manual to strengthen the exercise of human rights for women living with HIV in Latin America
The purpose of this Manual is to provide women organizations and/or people living with HIV, a practical resource that will enable them to increase their knowledge on human rights and their application to the specific situation of women living with HIV; support the processes of policy design and laws based on an approach of rights and gender equality; empower its membership to use such rights actively.
Effective CCMs and the meaningful involvement of civil society and key affected Populations
With the launch of the New Funding Model and other structural changes at the Global Fund Secretariat, the CCMs have even more power as supervisors of programs supported by the Global Fund, and it is expected that they will continue including several constituents in their respective countries.
