Description: This document was prepared within the framework of the implementation of the technical assistance of the Strategic Initiative on Communities, Gender and Rights of the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria to conduct methodological processes allowing to know the possible challenges and areas of strengthening in the preparation of civil society and communities within the framework of sustainable transition processes of the Global Fund in Bolivia. The study and the proposal were conducted and prepared in coordination with and with the participation of the Country Coordinating Mechanism (CCM) for projects receiving funding from the Global Fund in Bolivia and with the support of Fundación Habitat Verde.
