Description: In the context of the LAC Platform initiative, CRAT has developed a tool and methodology to assess risks and needs associated to sustainability and planning of actions from the civil society and communities’ perspective within the context of the sustainable transition from the Global Fund grants. This methodology was tested in a pilot project implemented in Paraguay, Panama and Belize during the period between November 2016 and February 2017.
