Description: The individuals, organisations, and communities supporting this regional statement support the goals and targets of the Global AIDS Strategy and urge member states to adopt them as a commitment in the 2021 Political Declaration of the High-Level Meeting on HIV/AIDS. We also demand compliance with international agreements and commitments related to a comprehensive and rights-based response to HIV, including the goals and objectives proposed in the 2030 Sustainable Development Agenda.
