Description: Meaningful input from key and vulnerable populations is essential to the effectiveness of national HIV, TB and malaria responses and country dialogue should continue despite the challenges, though perhaps in a different form. To ensure that continued efforts are made for a transparent and inclusive country dialogue and Principal Recipient selection process CCMs have the possibility to reprogram activities in their costed workplan to fund changes to their ways of working.
