This survey seeks to measure the level of usefulness users perceive when they utilize the LAC Platform’s communications components, to evaluate the level of users satisfaction regarding these components resources and services, as well as to contrast the results of this year survey with the 2018 survey results.

We appreciate the time you will spend completing this survey, since your answers will be of great help to improve our contents and to better respond to your interests and preferences. It is expected that the survey will take about 15 minutes to complete. If you consent to participate, your responses will be kept confidential.
