Through a consultative process, the Global Fund develops a terms of reference for each multicountry priority area with a competitive application process. See Multicountry Funding Applications for detailed information on this process.
External stakeholders are invited to comment on the draft terms of reference listed below.
Given the broad extent of the consultation process, the Global Fund reserves the right to incorporate only the suggested changes/comments that improve potential for impact of the future proposal.
