On the afternoon of the first day of the second regional meeting, Alfredo Mejía, LAC Platform Studies Coordinator, presented the methodology and conceptual framework in which are based the Access, efficacy and innovation studies in technical assistance (TA) in Bolivia, El Salvador and the Dominican Republic.

After the presentations, at the close of the session on the first day, the participants gathered in Working Groups to reflect on the access, effectiveness and innovation of the TA in their countries; asing as basis, the generating questions and key concepts proposed by the methodology presented in the session.
