Description: This is a brief summary of key themes related to the response to HIV and tuberculosis in Eastern Europe and Central Asia (EECA) – and of the positions on several issues within each theme – that should be shown in the new Global Fund Strategy 2017-2021, as declared by civil society and regional representatives from the EECA region communities.

These key themes and positions were defined during the Consultation to Communities and Civil Society on the Global Fund Strategy 2017-2021, held on July 12 and 13 in Chisinau (Moldavia), organized by the Delegation of Communities to the Global Fund Board.
