Description: During the last replenishment of resources, funding has remained practically flat, unfavorable situation that echoes a trend of resources reduction to fight AIDS.  This trend cannot continue.  Without a significant increase in funding until 2020, the world is at risk of losing the progress achieved in the War against AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria.  Now is the time to act.  The Global Fund is a multilateral institution leader in public health to continue this battle, therefore, the continued support from donors is fundamental to its success.  Unfortunately, some donors are not contributing in a fair manner to the Global Fund.
