Description: During the second quarter of 2017, the Guyana Country Coordinating Mechanism (CCM) involved civil society organizations and community leaders in a social dialogue to discuss the transition and sustainability of the responses to HIV, tuberculosis and malaria following the gradual withdrawal of financing from the Global Fund. In this context, the Regional Technical Assistance Center for Latin America and the Caribbean (CRAT) assisted that CCM in the development of the 2017–2020 action plan and supported it in the identification of possible risks to sustainability and civil society’s technical assistance needs given the changes in the responses in Guyana.
