Description: This policy was developed in recognition of the high levels of abuse against human rights, suffered all over the world by people engaged in sex work, term used by Amnesty International only to refer to exchange of sex services between consenting adults. The policy identifies the main barriers that prevent the fulfillment of human rights of sex workers and it underlines the obligation of the state to address them.
