This document is considered as a work tool that aims at showing the current status of the violation of economic, social and cultural rights (ESCRs) by the states through omission or actions of governments and their regulatory frameworks, towards the Trans population.  As an example, the report focuses on the access of the Trans population to these rights in Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Dominican Republic and Uruguay. The purpose of the report is to identify the impact of ESCRs violations in the daily life of Trans people, specifically in the access to education, housing, food, participation in cultural life, equitable working conditions and social security.
