Required qualifications<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Experience and knowledge on\nissues related to civil organizations and other sectors related to health,\nhuman rights, gender and interconnected issues.<\/li><li>Experience in documentary search\nand review. <\/li><li>Experience and technical\ncapacity for analyzing technical documents.<\/li><li>Knowledge and experience in\nthe Transition, Sustainability and Co-Financing Policy of the Global Fund and\nother procedures and policies of the Global Fund (desirable).<\/li><li>To be involved and\/or well-informed\nregarding the LAC response to HIV \/ AIDS, and the dynamics of organizations and\ncommunities in the region (desirable).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>b. Other<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Fluent understanding of English \/ Spanish (depending on the case).<\/li><li>To be a Jamaica resident<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:center\" class=\"has-text-color has-background has-very-light-gray-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-background-color\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/plataformalac.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/TOR-Case-Study-Jamaica-040619-Final.pdf\">Download the Terms of Reference here<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Selection process<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Applicants must send their Curriculum Vitae along with a letter of intent explaining the reasons why he\/she considers to be the right person to carry out the consultancy.
