The 5% Initiative is one of two ways in which France contributes to the Global Fund against AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria (GF).<\/p>\n

The purpose of the 5% Initiative is to respond to requests for high-level technical expertise from GF grant recipient countries, including French-speaking countries, in order to support and build their capacity for design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation and impact measurement relating to GF grants.<\/p>\n

The Initiative 5% call to submit proposal to:<\/p>\n

Improvement in tuberculosis screening, treatment and prevention<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\n

Eligible countries in the LAC region for the present call for proposals are: Costa Rica,\u00a0Dominican Republic,\u00a0<\/span>Dominica, Haiti and\u00a0<\/span>Saint Lucia.<\/span><\/p>\n
