the positions on several issues within each theme \u2013 that should be shown in the new Global Fund Strategy 2017-2021, as declared by civil society and regional representatives from the EECA region communities.<\/p>\n<p>These key themes and positions were defined during the Consultation to Communities and Civil Society on the Global Fund Strategy 2017-2021, held on July 12 and 13 in Chisinau
