It only assesses\u00a0proposals\u00a0primarily concerning\u00a0HIV\/AIDS related issues.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Aids Fonds operates both in the\u00a0Netherlands\u00a0and internationally. In its home country, Aids Fonds has been involved in prevention, treatment, care and support for people with HIV and risk groups for over 30 years.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Aids Fonds\u2019 mission is \u201ctowards a world without AIDS\u201d. Aids Fonds is there for anyone affected by HIV and AIDS, in the Netherlands and beyond. Aids Fonds finances scientific research, provides prevention and treatment for vulnerable groups and fights for the rights of people with HIV. Aids Fonds fights AIDS by:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">-Funding\u00a0projects and research programs at home and abroad<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">-Raising funds for these projects<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">-Creating social support for AIDS control through campaigns and\u00a0education<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">-Gathering political support<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Funding Information<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">-The\u00a0small grant\u00a0budget\u00a0is reserved for short innovative and promising projects with a budget up to<br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"s1\">\u20ac 10,000.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">-Each quarter an amount of approximately \u20ac 20,000 is available.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Eligibility Criteria<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">-Funding will only be provided to registered organisations and not to individuals.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">-Applicants should have a strong track record.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">-Not eligible for a small grant are:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Proposals not primarily addressing HIV\/AIDS related issues<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Proposals with a requested budget exceeding \u20ac 10,000<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Proposals written in any other language than English or Dutch<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Proposals to cover organizational core costs unless these are part of a specific project<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Proposals by individuals<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Requests for individual traveling and\/or accommodation expenses<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Requests for a contribution to an internship or traveling expenses related to an internship<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Requests for a contribution to a volunteering job or traveling expenses related<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">If you wish to submit a small grant proposal, please use the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.aidsfonds.nl\/uploads\/small_grant-application_form-aids_fonds-int.doc\"><span class=\"s2\">application form<\/span><\/a> below.
