(Mexico)<\/strong> provides counselling, support and care to people who have been victims of violations of their human rights through focused programs, strategies, services and actions in favour of LGTBI community, adolescents and young people, men and women to meet the challenges they face in the response to HIV\/AIDS and sexual diversity<br \/>\n<strong>Introduction<\/strong>Colectivo Seres, A.C is a non-profit community-based organization that was founded in 2007 with the integration of a group of young men and women who were motivated to promote actions in favour of their counterparts related to sexual health, HIV\/AIDS prevention, human rights and promotion of socio-cultural activities. Members of Colectivo Seres, A.C. have strong interest in working with adolescents and youth, as well as people who are vulnerable to HIV related to their gender or sexual orientation. Colectivo Seres, A.C works hand in hand with other organizations to promote inclusive public polices to respond in a comprehensive manner in the response to HIV\/AIDS in Guanajuato, Mexico. Over the 8 years of their existance, Colectivo Seres, A.C. has managed focused programs, strategies, services and action in favor of LGTBI community, adolescents and young people, men and women to meet the challenges they face in response to HIV\/AIDS and sexual diversity. It provides translations of Spanish to the indigenous languages, peer counseling of indigenous people, and accompanying antiretroviral treatment.<br \/>\n<strong>Introduction<\/strong>Red Nacional De Pueblos Originarios en Respuesta Al Sida (RENPO), a national network of indigenous people working in the HIV response, was founded in 2011. It is a network of 9 indigenous communities (peoples); each has their right to self-determination established according to ILO convention 169. RENPO works with the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Social Development, and the National Office of Indigenous Affairs (CONADI) to strengthen HIV prevention and treatment services for indigenous populations, reduce ethnic discrimination, and ensure that these populations participate in the formulation of government policies.
